All PFMonitor Plans include CloudFlare protection of the Admin Panel to help prevent any un-authorized access to your tenant and devices.

Google Authenticator

Google Authenticator is now supported and Strongly Encouraged, to prevent stolen credentials and password fuzzing from allowing unauthorized access to your PFMonitor system, a system is only as strong as the users who manage access to it, and whether a user falls for a Phishing E-Mail, or a Laptop is hacked, lost, or stolen, 2FA helps ensure that does not lead to an even bigger security nightmare.

IP Restrictions

It makes it far more difficult to break into a system, When only authorized IP Addresses can even see the Login Page, Some of our clients have preferred this back to basics style approach, so we have kept this feature in its current form for those who demand it. This feature isn't for everyone however as it does make things harder for Field Tech's who need access, unless they are able to VPN back via the home office to source from an Allowed IP, None the less we have kept this feature for those who want it.

Roll Backwards in Time

PFMonitor now tracks your devices health and vital statistics across time, making it easier to hunt down intermittent problems, or overnight issues, You can look backwards up to 15 days and see CPU Usage, RAM Usage, Latency, Packet Loss, State Usage, and even Device Temperature at any moment in time along that range, making it easier to track down device overheats due to A/C being off at night, or intermittent ISP or Network Issues, etc.
